Each year Pat Cosquer (Bates College head squash coach) organizes a group of his Bates College squash players to come to the Portland YMCA and give an exhibition and clinic. These young men and women do this to spread the word of college squash and because they love the game. The clinics are wonderful for asking questions and reviewing details of technique, equipment and strategy from players that play at a high skill level. This clinic involves on court participate so bring your gear and be ready to play!
Members of the Bates College Squash teams will host a squash clinic at the Portland YMCA on Saturday, May 14th from Noon to 2:00pm. This year Bates College Squash teams gathered two team championships (Summers and Walker Cups) and Bates Men’s #1 Ahmed Abdel Khalek repeated as the CSA Individual Champion among all college squash players.
