The Portland YMCA Winter League signups will begin soon. This popular league has become the hallmark of Portland’s winter squash season. Players have come to love the group dynamics and structured play.
- Monday nights from 6p to 9p
- Play starts in early December and finishes in mid-March
- Teams have numerous “bye” weeks… you play 2 out of 3 Mondays on average.
- All teams make the playoffs
- Flex scheduling NOT allowed. You must be present to help cheer on your team!
- All matches refereed by teammates/opponents
- Playoff finals played at Bates College (remember how awesome that was last year?)
