Team Blue Chip behind captain Chip Harlow finished the Winter League season undefeated and won the league championship. Big efforts by Christian Thomas and Jan Van Voorst plus the “last match of the night” pressure win from Ben Freeman to seal the victory. 
In the consolation round Joe Tacka’s band of subs Touch of Grey overpowered Mike Brennan’s White Team. During the season the Touch of Grey managed to overcome numerous injuries by drawing from a league record roster of 20 different players! Tonight’s clutch play by Jim Sullivan and Teddy Stoecklin pushed the match out of reach for Mike’s team in spite of spirited wins by Sven and Juliana in 5 game matches.
All of the players and spectators involved are grateful to Pat Cosquer and Bates College for allowing us use of the Bates Squash Facility to hold our league championship. It was a fantastic event!!
