Haverford College wins CSA E Division

One of our local players has contributed to her team’s success at the recent CSA Squash Team Championships. Isabel Agnew plays for Haverford College and spent most of the season playing at the number 5 position. They won the “E” division. Isabel, in the center, is surrounded by a couple of her teammates. Well done!!

College Squash at Harvard all weekend

The College Squash season men’s Team Tournament starts Friday, February 14th and Harvard’s Murr Center in Cambridge, Mass. There is bound to be plenty of excellent squash. Bates, Bowdoin and Colby will all be playing.

Where: Bowdoin College Lubin Family Squash Courts When: February 7th – 9th Friday 4-9pm Saturday 9am-8pm Sunday 9am-3pm Who: Top Men’s and Women’s players from the following schools: Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Colby, Connecticut College, Denison, Hamilton, Middlebury, MIT, Mount Holyoke, Tufts, Wellesley, Wesleyan, and Williams. Excellent squash at recent Harvard vs St. Lawrence match

Two of the finest players in college squash faced off for a much anticipated rematch. Last year Harvard’s Ali Farag lost a tight 5 game match to St. Lawrence’s Amr Khaled Khalifa in the semi-finals of the College Individual tournament. Khalifa went on to win the title. Farag was 2012’s individual champion.
