By Greg, on March 1st, 2015 I was fortunate to have witnessed the incredible squash match this afternoon when Ahmed Abdel Khalek beat Osama Kalifa 3-2 (12-14, 9-11, 11-9, 11-2, 11-8) to capture the College Squash Association men’s individual championship, the first in the school’s history.

By Greg, on February 28th, 2015 Ahmed Abdel Khalek, Bates’ number 1 player, advanced to the CSA Individuals final championship round this evening in Princeton.
He will play for the championship title Sunday morning at 11:45AM.

- 11am – 2pm
- Adults are welcome to spectate… this is Junior event
- Two matches, 40 competitors
- Free lunch
- Bowdoin College squash courts

- Regular practice will run from 2:00pm to 3:oopm Wednesdays and 3:00pm to 4:00pm Fridays
- Register at YMCA website and click “Register now” in upper right or call 207-874-1111
- Session 3 runs from March 4th, 2015 until April 18th, 2015
- Beginner training sessions follow normal practice
