By Greg, on February 26th, 2014 Next Monday, March 3rd, the Winter League playoffs begin. First round quarter final action will be:
- 5:45pm (play at 6:00pm) 3rd seed Joe’s Touch of Grey vs. 6th seed Alex’s The Nicks
- 7:15pm (play at 7:30pm) 4th seed Doug/Dan’s Red Rails vs 5th seed Mike’s White Team
Top seeded teams Blue Chip and Harvey’s Green Team have a bye and will play the winners of the quarter finals on Monday, March 10th. The top seed, Blue Chip, will play the winner of the 4th vs. 5th seed match at 6:00pm and the second seed, Harvey’s Green Team, will play the winner of the 3rd vs. 6th seed match at 7:30pm.
By Greg, on February 25th, 2014 We are always overly proud of the achievements of our local club players! This past weekend found both Paige Buchanan and Isabel Agnew competing in the CSA Women’s Team Tournament. Isabel is playing for Haverford College and Paige is playing for St. Lawrence University.
Hopefully they will go easy on us when they return to play!!!
By Greg, on February 24th, 2014 One of our local players has contributed to her team’s success at the recent CSA Squash Team Championships. Isabel Agnew plays for Haverford College and spent most of the season playing at the number 5 position. They won the “E” division. Isabel, in the center, is surrounded by a couple of her teammates. Well done!!
By Greg, on February 13th, 2014 The College Squash season men’s Team Tournament starts Friday, February 14th and Harvard’s Murr Center in Cambridge, Mass. There is bound to be plenty of excellent squash. Bates, Bowdoin and Colby will all be playing.

- Saturday 9am-8pm
- Sunday 9am-3pm
- Who: Top Men’s and Women’s players from the following schools:
- Amherst, Bates, Bowdoin, Colby, Connecticut College, Denison, Hamilton, Middlebury, MIT, Mount Holyoke, Tufts, Wellesley, Wesleyan, and Williams. Each school will have three representatives for each gender

This tournament will feature many fine squash players and the competition will certainly be fierce with 48 players competing in both A and B draws in both the men’s and women’s brackets.
