Winter League Championship results

In the consolation round Paul’s No-See-Ums and Taylor’s Red Tide played neck and neck. Match score was 3-3 and game score was 12-12. Red Tide prevailed on points (237-214). This match featured super sub Forrest who played two matches for No-See-Ums and a rare family match between Jenn and Paige. Paige, the league’s youngest player, squeaked by with a 3-2 win over her mother!

In the Championship match with #1 seed Black Flies, captained by Doug, against Mike’s #2 seed Indigo Lobsters. This one didn’t have much drama as the Black Flies managed only two wins at the top of the ladder. Super-sub Forrest played his third match of the evening only to get trounced by Gene, the league’s most senior player. This win marks the second consecutive season where Mike’s team has been crowned champion.

Congrats to all players!
